Zoë Blowen-Ledoux

Founder and president

Zoë is a native English speaker and a graduate of Université de Montréal (études françaises, anthropology and Hispanic studies). Born into a Yankee-Franco family in New England, she has been immersed in a bicultural and bilingual context from the very beginning.

She founded Zozita Translations in 2004 to serve a growing academic, non-profit and small business clientele, and unite some of greater Montréal’s most talented language professionals.

Zoë is a founding member and the former Vice President of External Affaires for Québec’s language services association, the Association des travailleurs autonomes et micro-entreprises en services linguistiques. For four years, she coordinated the Montréal section of the Soirée des langagiers, a monthly gathering of language service providers she founded in 2004 and turned over to ATAMESL in the spring of 2008.

Zoë holds a Graduate Diploma in Translation from Concordia University and many years of experience in translation and linguistic services management.

Other partners

When necessary, we call on other highly-skilled translators and revisers. We choose these partners carefully according to the project.

I would recommend your services to any of my colleagues... looking for language solutions that marry quality, quick turn-around and courtesy. Your revision was judicious and your notes always pertinent.

In terms of punctuality, communications and rates, your services are irreproachable!
