2. Send us your document

3. Our team translates, revises, proofreads, etc. your document

4. We deliver your text by email, accompanied with an invoice

5. You send us a check by mail or do a bank transfer within 30 days

 

Rates

Translation is invoiced per word while other services are charged by the hour. Several factors can influence our fees. To learn more, download our fee schedule. For a personalized estimate, send your final version with deadline information to info@zozita.com.

Turnaround times

We have never missed a deadline—however short! Nevertheless, it does take time to produce quality. Use the work flow section of our fee schedule to guide you in your planning.

Formats

We accept most common formats and deliver translations in Microsoft Word unless otherwise specified. Revision will be done using Track Changes. Feel free to contact us if you work in other programs. Flexibility is one of our values!
